2. 위호 관련, 식품의약품안전처에서는 ‘17.1.11 개정된「화장품 안전기준에 관한 규정」에 따라 ’17.7.1부터 세정, 각질 제거 등의 목적으로 사용되는 제품에 남아 있는 5mm 크기 이하의 고체 플라스틱 사용이 전면 금지되며,
3. 유엔환경계획(UNEP)에서 플라스틱 성분으로 공지한 22개 성분을 참고하여 표준통관예정보고시 미세플라스틱 규제 대상의 제품이 아님을 반드시 확인한 후 통관절차를 진행할 것을 통보해온 바,
4. 귀사에서는 ‘17.7.1부터 수입(통관)하는 화장품에 대하여 미세플라스틱 함유 여부를 확인하고 그 결과에 따라 “「화장품 안전기준에 관한 규정」고시에 따른 미세플라스틱 사용금지 대상품목”이 아닌 경우에만, 동 내용의 확인서(수입자발행 공문)를 첨부한 표준통관예정보고를 필하여 발급업무가 원활히 진행될 수 있도록 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다.
